Kara Holding, tekstil, nonwoven, plastik ve enerji sektörlerinde hizmet veren entegre üretim tesislerinde, günlük olarak 100 ton iplik, 25 ton kumaş, 50 ton stretch film, 50 ton çocuk bezi, ıslak mendil ve kadın pedi üretimi yapmaktadır.

Kara Fiber, Türk, İsviçre ve Avusturya ortaklı kurulacak olan fabrikası ile Türkiye'de tekstil sektörünün en önemli ham maddelerinden olan lyocell elyafını üretecektir. Toplamda 400 milyon euro yatırım ile gerçekleşecek olan üretim tesislerinde her biri 27.000 Kg/h Buhar üretme kapasitesine sahip 3-ünite ÖZMAKSAN Buhar Kazanları ile işletme faaliyetlerine başlayacaktır.
